All Tidal Lift products have a 15 year manufacturer limited warranty, 2 year warranty on electronics, and 3 year warranty on hydraulics, 1 year warranty on cables. 

All Tidal Dock products have a 15 year manufacturer structural warranty.

  KOS Inc warrants all Tidal Manufacturing-built equipment purchased by the original owner to be free from defects in the material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase, excluding components and options which carry their own manufacturer’s warranty, wherein that warranty applies. There is no other express warranty. KOS Inc is not liable for incidental or consequential damages or injuries of any kind due to installation, removal, use, misuse, misapplication, or improper selection of its purchased retail products. KOS Inc agrees to repair or replace only defective parts returned prepaid to the factory or KOS Inc designated location and deemed defective by KOS Inc. Warranty is void when misuse or neglect is the cause. Specifications are subject to change without notice. 

 Labor charges and mileage are covered within 40 miles from KOS Inc or the authorized Tidal dealership performing the Dock or Lift repairs. Additional mileage/travel charges will apply if travel over 40 miles is required. If this charge applies, it is determined by the repairing dealer and must be paid by the customer to the dealer performing the repairs. Warranty does not cover damage, including broken welds, caused by improper installation or removal, or any damage of any sort caused by the use of power equipment. 

  Defects in material and workmanship of structural components of the Boat lift frame are covered fully for 10 years from the date of purchase. KOS Inc will provide replacement parts, on a non pro-rated basis, for 10 years for these items if they are found to be defective. The lift frame consists of the aluminum framework making up the boat lift structure, including the lift cradle which is the portion of the lift frame that moves up and down as the boat lift is operated. It does not include the bunks or other accessories installed. After this 10-year parts warranty, an additional five-year pro-rated warranty.

- Year 11 has 40% original customer responsibility of current retail price
